International Flights Guide to Arrival Procedures
From overseas airports to Mt. Fuji Shizuoka Airport
1.Arrivals
Please proceed along the arrival route.
2.Quarantine
If a health-related questionnaire was distributed during your flight, please enter the necessary information and submit your form at the quarantine counter.
Individuals who developed symptoms such as diarrhea and fever while traveling and are not in good physical condition can stop by the health counseling office for a free consultation.
3.Immigration
Proceed to the booths marked for Japanese and non-Japanese and present your passport to the control officer.
4.Baggage Pickup
In the baggage claim area, check the number on the baggage claim ticket you received when you checked your luggage, and pick up your luggage.
5.Animal and Plant Quarantine
Passengers bringing animals (including meat and poultry products) or plants (including fruits and vegetables) into Japan must have them inspected at the Plant and Animal Quarantine counter after picking up their baggage.
6.Customs Inspection
Please declare any items purchased overseas to the Customs Office.
Passengers who have not exceeded the duty-free allowance should line up at the inspection tables with a green light.
Passengers who have exceeded the duty-free allowance, and passengers who are not sure if they have exceeded the duty-free allowance, should line up at the inspection tables with a red light. All travelers entering (re-entering) Japan must submit a Declaration of Personal Effects and Unaccompanied Articles to Customs.
